Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst for a contract position in MN(Remote). The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay program(s) and practices.
Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organization's needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews.
Participates in projects and leads large scale project work.
Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.


Qualifications:Sr. Compensation Analyst
Experience developing data models / analysis
Preference with healthcare experience, but not required
We are in need of an experienced compensation consultant who can also model data effectively.
We're developing a new compensation model for -15,000 employees in a specific segment, and a skillset to be able to model what/if analysis would be helpful.
We will plan to post a permanent role, but it will realistically take a while to find a replacement, and there are some key work and deliverables we'll want this resource to help out with.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
