Fraud Operations Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Fraud Ops Associate to safeguard assets and customer accounts by detecting and investigating fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity
Provide recommendations for enhancing fraud detection and prevention strategies
Collaborate with external teams to address fraud-related queries and improve processes

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of financial fraud experience, ideally in the credit space
Preferred experience with SQL and AML knowledge
Experience with E-oscars and customer service is a plus
Certification as a Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred
