**Job Summary**As a Senior Catering Coordinator at Bon App--tit - Target Headquarters, you will play a crucial role in supporting the event team with customer inquiries regarding all aspects of catering planning services. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing the operational elements of all specialty events, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execute Events: Oversee the operational elements of all specialty events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Customer Communication: Thoroughly and professionally communicate with customers and internal departments to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Event Site Management: Remain on site for all special events to ensure they meet all client expectations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
