Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Primary
Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual telehealth services, including assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment
Manage a panel of primary care patients, offering comprehensive
care and developing care plans
Collaborate with a supervising physician and maintain high patient
satisfaction ratings
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of primary care experience as a Nurse
Practitioner
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the medical
board
Current and active board certification by a national certifying
body
Experience managing a panel of patients in a primary care
setting
Must maintain Medicare active status and not be under any
exclusions or sanctions
