This position oversees 4 OR suites performing approximately 3,000 surgeries annually. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of Joint Commission (JC) requirements and quality assurance (QA) standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate surgical nursing care. Ensure compliance with JC and QA standards. Supervise staffing, training, and daily operations. Provide direct patient care as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor---s in Nursing (Master---s preferred). 2-5 years of nursing management experience.
