Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Shopper Insights to drive
strategic decisions through actionable shopper behavior
insights.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze
shopper behavior and trends
Develop and execute the shopper learning plan and generate
actionable insights for marketing and sales strategies
Lead shopper insights projects from conception to completion,
ensuring timelines and objectives are met
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in market research, shopper insights, or
consumer behavior analysis within the CPG industry
Advanced knowledge of market research fundamentals and proficiency
in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Excellent understanding of retailer relationships and category
management principles
Experience with insights platforms such as Numerator, 84.51, SPINS,
and Nielsen
Passionate about understanding customer behavior and comfortable in
an early-stage company environment
