• Shape Product Strategy - Analyze market opportunities, identify growth potential, and develop compelling product roadmaps that align with our business objectives.
• Lead Innovation - Drive our product development process, turning consumer insights into differentiated products that captivate our customers.
• Own the Numbers - Partner with Finance to build business cases, manage P&L responsibility for your product portfolio, and deliver profitable growth.
• Become the Market Expert - Monitor trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and position our products to win in the marketplace.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work seamlessly with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure flawless execution from concept to commercialization.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions - Leverage analytics to guide product decisions, optimize product lines, and identify opportunities for expansion or rationalization.
• Champion the Customer - Ensure the voice of the customer guides every decision, from feature prioritization to pricing strategy. (And one more thing, this company has leaders who are doers - you are expected to do setup and hold integrity of all product data in the system.)What You Bring
• 7-10 years of product management experience, with proven success driving product development lifecycles.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding to make strategic investment decisions.
• Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills - you can articulate complex ideas clearly and influence without authority.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Competitive salary range: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience.
